Delio is an original platform for evaluating, collecting and distributing products of small Greek producers in restaurants, tourism and grocery stores. Founded by Harris, at Delio there is no limit to a list but a dynamic and ever-growing collection of products from small Greek producers. These products come to meet the needs for the provision of higher quality in catering and tourism, offering opportunities for differentiation and experience. Locality, identity, uniqueness, quality are just some of the advantages of these products.
Harris came to AFI to organize his distribution network in restaurants, hotels, airbnb, wine bars, wineries, yachts, delicatessen and wherever authentic quality products are needed from small Greek producers. Additionaly, to prepare its place in Plaka, where he collects and dispatches the orders, and welcomes the public for tasting the traditional products he distributes.
