Koin. Es. P. “Amylianthi” is a social enterprise that brings the tradition and the modern business environment together. Like its members say: “Tradition is not an empty space, but an invisible affinity with previous generations. Our products are nothing more than the efforts of the women of every region to feed their families, what we today call culinary culture. So this culture travels from generation to generation and is enriched with new ideas. This is our goal”.
The enterprise is based on the good knowledge, on the preparation method of pasta that has its roots on the coasts of Asia Minor. The decision to include this effort in the framework of Social Entrepreneurship was not random. Social Entrepreneurship will be the main counterweight to unemployment. Amylianthi, being a labour-intensive business unit, aims to hire personnel from the ranks of the unemployed and give their social footprint in the local society through activities and practices which will be addressing our fellow citizens.
But all of these, as they explain, would not become a reality without the help provided by AFI’s team.
“AFI’s team and the volunteer counselor gave us hope, supported our efforts and were next to us in everything that happened during our effort, providing useful guidance and professional modus operandi, in an environment where the pleasant atmosphere and the thorough knowledge met our needs. The access to financing was obtained alongside the acquisition of meaningful and practical knowledge accompanied by an excellent and highly detailed business plan. Our gratitude is the least we can express”.
AFI’s team thanks you for the opportunity that you gave us to find your creations on the market.
All the best!!!
