Christina-Irene's pasta workshop Mama Irene

Christina is the third generation in her family involved with the production of traditional pasta. Based on the recipes of Irene's grandmother and her mother's experience, Christina makes handmade pasta with the addition of fresh and organic ingredients. Its products are on the shelves of small traditional grocery stores and delicatessen stores, while a significant part of the production is absorbed by foreign markets.

Christina enlisted the help of AFI to secure the funds needed to recreate her corporate identity and obtain ISO and BIO certifications.
